Description
Athena is a Scandinavian floor lamp with a curved stem, a pleated linen shade and a marble base. The shape is classic and the materials are natural.
It lights a corner or a seat with a gentle glow.
This lamp is made with marble and linen. The look is scandinavian and classic. It suits living rooms and bedrooms.
Floor lamps keep light close to where people sit and off the tabletop. Use this one in a living room, a bedroom or a home office, or move it to a hallway when you need light there. Set it a little away from the wall if you want the light to spread, or close to the wall if you want a soft wash.
Pair it with table lamps in a similar finish to build a layered look. Light sources at different heights make a room feel more comfortable than one overhead fixture. Warm light near a seat helps you wind down at the end of the day, while a brighter setting helps with reading and hobbies.
Keep the cord out of walking paths and plug the lamp in near a wall outlet. A dry, soft cloth keeps the finish clean. If the lamp has a shade, handle it by the frame and keep it away from sharp corners.
